Fall's in Town Checked Brown was released in July 2023, and was designed by Sandy Gervais for Riley Blake Designs. This print features a 5/8" gingham checked plaid with tiny diagonal lines.

This fabric is cut from the bolt in half-yard increments. Increments will be cut continuous resulting in one piece of fabric.
Quantity Examples:
1 = 1/2 yard
2 = 1 yard
3 = 1 1/2 yards
4 = 2 yards
and, so on.
